6-7 on ice full equipment

Instructors:

GVAHA coaches will be on hand to teach proper techniques for giving and receiving checks. Players will have 2 hours each night, one hour off ice in full equipment and 1 hour on ice in full equipment. Players will learn positioning and angling skills that will transfer over to body contact and body checking as well as developing a code of conduct of how and when to deliver body contact/checking.
