GVAHA TRAVEL HOCKEY

GVAHA offers travel hockey teams which is a level above House Hockey. Travel Hockey provides an avenue for players to challenge themselves against more skilled players in their age group.

These teams play in the Little Caesars Amateur Hockey League  and are available to players in the 12U (PeeWee), 14U (Bantam), 16U (Midget) and 18U age groups. Tryouts are held in May and the travel schedule will run from September until March. Players can expect to play 35-55 games in a season along with a minimum of 2 practices during the week. Parents should expect to have games every weekend of the season (this is not always the case but it should be planned for).
